Lois Parker

Lois works with kiln formed glass and a variety of media, including film, puppetry and writing.



She explores issues that worry or outrage her, such as social inequity in housing, represented by the Washday pieces. Dementia as seen in Ablocus, other film work and the short story collection Voicing Dementia.

Lois has ongoing interests in the sea and littoral areas. As well as the effect of time and use on objects, landscapes and behaviours.
