Victoria Meadows

Having graduated with a degree in ceramics from Cardiff in 1997. Victoria now works from her studio in the Cotswolds.

Using a combination of hand building skills she strives to challenge the concept of perfection. Creating ceramics that embrace irregularities and demonstrate the marks of the making process.



The ancient surface finish ‘terra sigillata’ and rudimentary firing techniques, fuelled with foraged wood and combustible materials, give each piece a unique, unrepeatable depth of surface.
